Fitness

Fitness is a big part of living a healthy lifestyle. Building a steady routine is a very helpful way to get to the place that you want to be. I suggest starting slow by exercising at least twice a week and then building up to a five day routine. Adults over the age of 18 need at least 150 minutes (2 hours and 30 minutes) of cardio a week and should do muscle-strengthening activities at least 2 days a week.
